Sarah's First Knock, Knock Joke

Sarah told her first "Knock, Knock" joke today. It went something like this:
-Knock, Knock
-Who's there?
-Tricky
-Say, "Tricky, who?"
-Tricky who?
(Short pause to think of something to say) - Lalalala!!!
